We all know that by adding topaz, ruby ans similar stuff we can increase the power of the weapon. But when I tries to add it incread twice or thrice but then the attck power again decreased on addition of more jewels. Would somebody please explain why this happened or plz give a detailed explanation for addition of jewels in weapons

It happens dude..

It will go down sometimes..
Depends on ur luck..
There is a max capacity of embedding jewels on armor or weapon
if it is full..u can't add more..

And it also depends on the grade of ur item...lvl of ur item
So take some advice from higher lvl players..
