After i have send mail with all the details regarding my account which is hacked, i got a reply from you people which say's that:

Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting A3 customer care.
With reference to your mail we wish to infrom that,your request has been denied.You had made a belated claim.And dueing the periods of 2 months your account has violated roc no 16 and we penalized the account and released it.sorry we cannot help you.

Now can you explain me what this means.
I have send all the correct and accurate details regarding my account. I know that ppl are getting hacked very often, so before quiting this game for about 2 months due to my exams i had noted all the imp. information regarding my account. I had noted all the last drop, combination, map, char login and all stuff.
I even provided my all the lvl up dated frm 110+ till now.

Now due to my exam the hacker gets huge time in screwing my account to the limit. As per you ppl during this time my char had violated ROC 16 and got banned. now the hacker releases the account by accepting the penalty.
Now the real owner gets a reply that this account dosen't belong to him. What the hell is this ...

I need a reply to this thing and want my Account back now....

2 months is too long a period to report hack. We cannot take your word for what you say. Even if that was the case until you report a hack to us, you are accountable whatever the character does.
Its more or less like the stolen credit card reporting system. Somebody makes a purchase before you report it stolen, no ones gonna repay you for it. Worse if they use it for some illegal purposes the blame would obviously fall on you.
