if i ask any thing here you people say A3 support what it says is final , then why are these foroums for and you suggest me to send all info to A3 support ,
but the only replies i got from them is your account has been hacked 2 times because of your carelessness , if you get hacked again we will not help you ,
i feel they do not even read the mail , i even stopped asking them to return my SS, Stuff , Wz and when i gave them information about who is having my SS , they reply the same thing again when in fact i asked them to check how that person has got hold of my SS and in fact if they are hackers stop them or if in fact they are not trace how they got it , for that they say
your account hacked for 2 times because of your carelessness , if you get hacked again we will not return ,
now i request you sir, i love to play this char but fear may be hacked again because of improper security in your server, from my end i am not playing from a cafe or no one sits besides me when i play in my house / shop , what if i make enough wz again and buy good stuff and bird and start playing this char , is there any gurantee that me will not be hacked from your end and then what ,
you people will simply wash your hands because i got hacked two times + ,
its my humble request to you sir i have also asked A3 support to change my id and char name for better protection , ofcourse they have denied , and two reset my number of hacked counter to ZERO , if not i would have to play this char with a fear in mind
at present i stopped playing it and am playing my original char Lichqueen
me duped a lot and upon your suggestion to send all info to A3 i have sent many mails
me genuine and me facing a genuine problem ,
i love this game and would like to enjoy it much more , but a little help from GM's with a humble heart
please help me
