URGENT HELP NEEDED

hi GM.......my char name is Warriorblade.......Reference id : 5040467.....this is wat i hav been tellin a3 support for so many days.....
I had a g9 (lvl9 with bless &AA)spear…..i got grace of shilbadu from a p2 boss on 10th of april n decided to make my g10 spear…..on 13th of aprail bought sarghis from npc…..i had used all my wz to buy sarghis so had no wz to craft a g9 wepon (required for craftin of g10)…..so I took g9(lvl5 plain) spear from a friend whose char name is Greac to craft my g10….i gav all my stuff to Dirts(my kh meb n good friend) to craft my g10…..after tat I wanted 2 use my g10 so I went to strg n kept my g9(lvl9 with bless&AA) in strg and went to hatrel maps to try my g10….when I returned n opened my strg every thing was there except my g9 wepon …..
1 thing more ….when I kept my spear in store my strg was all empty(where as there is a lot of stuff in my store) but I dint pay ne attention to it n went to hatrel.
It’s a bugg due to which my spear is missing….plzz fix it
N ALL THEY REPLY IS.......This is with reference to your mail , we would like to inform that on investigating on your issue it has been found that you had given the item directly to Dirts and it got destroyed. Also it has been found that your items are shared with Greac. Kindly do not make any false claims with us in future.
If repeated it may result in penalization of your account.
And, your items were not lost due to any bugs in A3, as you claim it to be.
y dont u understand tat i am not complaining abt the spear tat got
destroyed(it was used in crafting of my g10)....i had 1 more spear which was
lost in my strg........i am not makin any false claims ...i had a g9 spear
lvl9 with bless &AA which got lost in strg.....the spear u r talkin abt was
a g9 lvl5 spear which i gav directly to Dirts n he used it to craft my g10
spear(hence destroyed)....wat item i shared wid greac ?????......if ur
talkin abt a g9 spear.....en let me clarify for the 4th time......i dont
share ne thing wid him....i bought it frm him to CRAFT MY G10 wepon

MY SPEAR WAS WORTH 120MIL+
this is very frustrating.......y dont u guys get wat m tellin u......can u giv some coustmor care phone number ?????....this all will be clear in matter of minutes......widout ne missunderstanding.....i am repoating u abt a bugg in system n u guys sayin "stop makin false claims"
