as far as i know,
adding blessing,additional attack,additional defense are not in our hands.
its all based on random chances.

2.Thorn(2)
3.Ur(1)
4.Ing(9)X2
5.Odal(10)
It has a 100% success rate.

For any other info please refer crafting guide but i think its not updated for uniques will try to post them or give the link where it is done

well , i dont know if this always works but try keeping a eutuxia in ur inventory during crafting . it might not always work but it doesn't hurt to try .

i tried:
Grehsat (uni with no bless)
did the crafting
result:
Grehsat (uni with no bless)
isnt it that the combination failed?
