the guy who replied to my stuck char email mentioned that Sify is 9001:2000 certified

1 of the clauses for it is

fulfilment of Customer needs and the strive to exceed customer expectations

It must be typing mistake. It must be IUSO:9001:2000

where we have to do just the opposite of ISO 9001:2000 certifications.

They are humans man...mistakes happens, forgive them

A3 is not the total Sify Administration..!!

What Good does it do by posting this, they ain't gonna change a bit so its just waste of time...well u got my Vote though

Sify does not meet customer needs but it cant do anythin about it either...lazy buggers..no one loves their job...they just dont care..
