GM s plz plz reply my humble request

Hi
Sir my char not able to login in a3india game frm last 3 days. guides told to mail so i mailed to [email protected]. After 3 days i got reply tht my char have been banned due to ROC 16. They repied me tht i have hacked sm account or sm stuffs.I dont think this can be possible but if u r telling there might be sm proofs u shld have. I want those answers . These are sm question which answers i wanna know bcoz its my right.
1- Which accounts i have hacked
2-Which stuffs i have hacked and whom r they belonging to
Plz kindly reply me with answers of these quastions
