This boss is called Rapaka..!!
It makes its appearance in Special Quest 1-4(The pictures above are from Special Quest 1-4) and in a map(Forgot the name) in Clorence(Episode 3)..!!

u will find that boss in the gray bone room on the way from the grinita ! in koream server,
while in tta3 u will have easy access to that boss from teleporter !
