Unable to connect...

Hi GMs,
I'm unable to connect o A3 for the past 2 days. Pls look into it.
I get the message saying You cannot connect to the server.
I have checked my pass several times in sify and a3 renewlogin, and
it works. I have mailed A3 support. Any reason behind this problem?
