Hi GM,

Okay, agreed that you don't want to disclose your process to handle hacking cases (i dont understand why! though)

But for the benefit of users, you can at least give some examples of hacking cases you have successfully resolved and give some best practises (apart from not sharing your ID) which could have helped people get back their items in case of hacking.

I think this can be done, right?

Wait for 48 hrs after that. Items may or may not be retrieved based on extent of damage but account will be retrieved if the information provided is correct.
