what this software basically does is it gives all internet resource to your game so if ur internet is not that good it wont make much diffrence
but yet it helps
download the software first
http://rapidshare.com/files/21135109/speeV3.rar
then extract the rar file
in the folder click the cap icon ( speedv3.exe)
now once the program starts
click file --->> Setting
now type this
default proxy
Server ---->> way.speed-way.cn port --->1724
in Sock 5 tick authentication required
in Authentication
login ---> speed-way
password---> speed-way
now click ok
now u have done the setting
now to add a3 as the program that receives all internet resources
click
----> File
then
----> New application
u will get a new window
Profile name ----> a3client
program path ----> C:\A3INDIA\A3client.exe
(u have to click browse and search where ur A3client.exe is installed in ur machine)
Working directory ---> C:\A3INDIA\ (this will automatically cm)
parameter -----> 3216473353 (type this)
and tick ---> run program at freecap startup
click ok
now
when ever u want to start the game just start the speedv3.exe (the cap icon) and it will take direct to login screen

well, someone trying to make a effort at research of reducing lag other than GMs.
but players are advised to use caution as many of the free software available come with trojans(espcially software which connect to internet). use caution while downloading n installing them. not pointing finger at the above software. just giving a general word of caution.
