GMDiablo.....?????

Hi all,
I have noticed that in A3India non of the GM is available in game. 2 Guide's namely Lulu n Max are available who dosent know anything about the game..when ever we ask them only one reply always "Please Send Mail to [email protected]"
I have played many A3 server and in them GM is alteast online for 6 hrs.. and they solve all the issues of hack and other very fast. Not only A3 many other MMORPG games have thier GM online for 8-10Hrs..
But in A3India GM comes online once in a month that too for 15-20 min.
Do some improvement in your service specially in the hack issue.. it takes almost 15-20 days for you to solve issue.. solve means you reply us that " The items were destroyed and we were unable to get them back"
OR "Your ID was shared so we cannot do anything"
In short you ppl do nothing...
GM please try to be online for 2-3 hrs daily atleast..
