Hey,

No hard feelings but I seriously observed something.

You guys ban and freeze character because of issues the arise in the game. I am totally fine with that. You have every right to do until the matter is solved...

But what I observed is that when you freeze these characters and when some of those characters are proven - not guilty and are returned their characters - most of their stuff is missing...

Why is this happening..? Why are their stuffs being removed from their account despite them being proved not guilty and later on the reason is being given that the items do not belong to that person or were hacked.

This is a very serious issue. People have been complaining a lot about this.
When the person is not guilty at all, the GM's have no right to intervene in between and cease items from the character.

I was just reading topics in the GM's Section and came across various issues like these where people were returned their characters but without their items...

An Example: Ruthlessrat was ceased and then returned. You guys took his set away saying that he was wearing a hacked one.
I want you to prove it. And Here is a way you can do this.

When the item is made, it is given a unique item ID. Can you please post the Item ID's of the Set that you ceased from Ruthlessrat and also the ID Number of Ruthlessrat's account.

This way we can easily determine if the item was created by Ruthlessrat or not. If it wasnt created by him or not obtained to him in any dealing - then what you have done is perfectly RIGHT and I will totally support you...

But if they do match, then you will have NO OTHER OPTION but to return the guy his Set. He deleted his character in anger and i WONT blame you for that. But it is your job to return his set.

I need some support here PLAYERS. This could minimize all your problems so much...!!

And I also need a reply from the GM's...

Arthas, not only few ppl havnt got theri set or items back but mostly all din get their items back!

For e.g. me

I was hacked....i got the ch back throught the option 'forgot password' and entered profile details. But when i saw.....only MY SET missing!!!

So i mailed at a3support the whole thing......and the reply is...."Your request is denied. We cannot retrieve ur items coz they are destroyed!!!"

Now wtf is this??? Cant NPCed items be backk??

For me it was my best set in ma life!! 2 things were lvl8! and set was MAXLY RELOADED!

Sad....Gms plz do something bout this!

Nah. They do come online but they just ignore these topics.

these GMs always say the same things to all the ppl hoo get hacked and lose their set....dey say the it is destroyed and cannot be retrieved

but if it is NPC'ed then i remember reading sumwhere sayin dat u can get it bak....if all else fails, the guides can make items on their own wid watever opts they want....so y cant they just do that for the players...

i myself hv never got hacked but ive seen my friends gettin hacked.....its really bad...dey can never become a gud player once thier awsome set is hacked....ive seen how bad it feel just to hv an awsome opted thing drop wen u die cause of A3 lag so lossin ur hoile set must be really bad....the GMs shud pik dere arses up an doo sumthin bout theese things

I dunno if anyone got this idea but..

If the Manager doesnt work properly...there is always a higher official to complain to..
