Hi GMs,


We were told that with OB, the feature 'Party Helper' would be included.
I have made this request upteen times to guides and gms during the closed beta. But for some reason it has been missed out again in OB.


For the lesser knowlegeable people ' Party Helper' is a text message which tells you what item your party members are getting.

Please include this feature asap as it is an important part of the game.
Some of the reasons which I can state are:

- It termoundously helps People to party coz it reduces the "TRUST" factor ingame, and people can party without care of what the other person might be getting and is hiding.

- High lvl players can take more low level players in Party and help them lvl up in the higher maps. One of the reasons high lvl players dont like to take low lvl players is tht they get the drops and dont reveal. And high level players are in more need of armor and cash due to low drop rates etc and therefore do not like to lose drops to noobs.

- Boss Hunts - Again here the TRUST factor makes players dependent on a few know players only to go in party. As this activity is soley for the drops and nothing else, Party Helper will tremondously help in more parties and more Group hunts creating more interest in the game.

- All this will help improve people staying with the game and more players progressing to higher levels.

- There is an illegal way to activate Party Helper and you kno lot of high level players are using it. Though activating Party Helper by itself does not harm, but it does open other things which again as you are aware is being misused as its presence is very tempting and can get players to experiment.
By formally implementing Party Helper players wont feel the need to use the illegal method and will not get tempted to the other things.

In fact i can state that if you guys had implemented Party Helper during the Closed beta, I am sure you would not be facing a lot of high level player(100+ lvl) related issues you are facing today.

For some reason you guys have been deleting some of my criticism posts. Please dont delete this post for some of the honest points made.

This is a really good idea , I'm new to A3 community but there are quite a few other games this would come in very handy for higher levels.

I see a few problems though just that it may or could lead to arguements between players, just as much in the case of not seeing any items that other members of your party have got.

Perhaps a "Party Helper" that allows the leader or leaders of said party to influence in some fashion where certain types of drops go?

There have been a few times in other games where I wanted to reach thru my comp and smack the hell out of someone. Mainly due to being nice taking some new low level person around partying doing 80% to 99% of the damage to the (mob) creature. And viola the newb or killsharer (ks'r) steals my drop that I was looking for said amount of time.

Month in month out and its there first week etc w/e some are the true type and will just hand it over to you because you been helping them and they know it.
While others...well you know the type ... the ones if you knew they were like that you would KoS and never allowed into your party to begin with.

Newayz isnt there a party function similier to this one that gives all the drops to person who does the most damage in the group?

The drop goes randomly to the any of the party members.
I am not asking for something special to be developed. This is a feature which is very much present in A3 in other country servers. All they have to do is patch it.

As for arguments, well ... most of the time when high lvl players take low lvl noobs to party there is a clear understanding made that all drops to be handed over, but this entirely rests on the honesty of the noob. And sadly very few people are honest when it comes to giving up drops.

Look at it this way.. noobs get Massive XP, Lots of Cash and still they are not satisfied ...they wanna keep Drops too.
