Has anyone found Special Quest Scolls yet?

Or havent they activated it in OB???
I spoke to GMKarr in CB and he said its gonnabe activate 100% in OB!!!

it is activated as said by guidemax.but she will not say which creature drops it nor say whether it is a random drop so i guess it hasnt been implemented.

THis SUCKS.
Is it so rare We'll have to wait till middle Age to get on?
Or GMs please let us hopefuls know if its not been implement coz i watch EACH mob drop so eagerly I border on lunacy!!!

its very rare drop...higher lvl creep has higher chance of droping it
