Tips for making stuffs lvl 8

Hello guys,
I want some tips about making stuffs lvl 8 or more than 8.
Does uj's are usable till lvl 5? Does after lvl 5 do uj's work?
What are the chances of using sj's, lj's, sms, lms etc.?
What are the uses of garnet, opal, peridot?
Guys plz reply to my question. And so say the method and steps to use the above mentioned things.

First do one thing. Keep this topic in the Hints section and remove it from the rest of them so that people wont have to go through it again and again.
Then wait till you get enough replies and then if you still have doubts, ask around. I will post about it after you do this.

Just trying to make up for all the flaming and mistakes I have done in the past. So That when I finally quit the forums for good, people should remember Arthas as the nice guy and not the jerk who always used to flame.
