ur asking me to send a mail to a3support ... now a3support is not replying to me so wht should i do ? i hav already told u in the above link tht a3support is not replying to me n i even gave u the interact id.... again i m giving u the interact id.. here r the interact id present in the link below this paragraph...

They replayed by giving you the info on your issue. Event by the GMs. You been informed repetitively the reason. Since your issue been answer many time try not to make a topic with same reason.
