What's uni about necklace of flower???Xcept that it can be worn right from lvl 1 and abv....??? Plz explain.

lol so when using a redyan's necklace and larrteck u will u loose any mp coz lartck decreases mp consumption by 50% and redyans necklace also does the same so no mp usgae kya?????????
