The Necklace is a Unique Ring - None of the special ones. It's just one of those normal ones with increased Accuracy raise option.

The 5 pots in the storage are Milarc's Second Version. They give in all larc effects. Drops from creatures.

The first item in the red box - An Event Item. Is made out of collecting 10 lower-grade items. It's all a part of the event.

The Second Red Box - Big Karterian Soul (You need to capture it)

The Third Red Box - Karterian Soul and Flesh (you need to capture it)
