login problem not able to login in game

I am very angry Gm's all problems always stick with me....now i am not able to login my character sodsidsod mace hk level 119...
i lost 50 % of exp gained because of ur lagging problems... and i also dropped my g8 [v] 6 helmet ur lagging our waste of time and money... please see to this especially to the problem of login of my id
