Hello Diablo, i mailed to support that about my charter that was deleted accidentally, and the support ppl said that my charter would face a penality of 2 de lvls, and i accepted and mailed the information that they asked for reverting it. And gave me a refernece Id; 4759998. And i thought to make it fast so i posted here.
