My Charecter still i didn't get back Help me.

Dear Sir,
As i posted you earlier about my Theconqueror Charecter Mace Holy Knight
Here i got Refrence id From a3India i.e., [ Reference Id : 4759142 ]
They informed me in mail that i will be getting mail from a3india after 48 Hours due to some Investigation, but still now i didn't received any mail from a3india Please sir Check and mail me.
Help me to get my Charecter back as soon as possible.
My Character " Theconqueror " had been hacked on 4th February, 2007. Please help me to get my character back as soon as possible.
I send mail to [email protected] INTERACTID:2423554 but still i didnt got my character back. I have send my 1 year profile in that mail and given my last pin of Rs. 750/- and some last screenshots of my ( G8, G7, G6 ) Stuffs what i am wearing and the Charecter Statistics i.e., " by pressing a " is also in wid Zip Attachment Please please please help me out.
My character Theconqueror ' Holyknight' is of 111 Level.
