Who was the Eventking chtr?

Who was this Eventking...who used to take some silly events and give gifts fit for a King? Well I was not able to play for some time as I had exams and tht i heard it form my frnds tht he conducted a event were he gave G9s. And there was no announcement of this SlimShaddy Eventking Chtr?
