take a screenshot and save it as a jpg image then uplaod it to imageshack.us they will giv u sevrla url's copy paste any of the url's (which says for forums) and post in forums as simple as tat

one more really important thing,
do not take screenshots using the typical ctrl+alt+print becoz it takes pictures in some encrypted format which wont be viewable.
I once took screenie in which i won 1 mil as lucky ticket in pluchir and couldnt see the screenie becoz of ctrl+alt+print.
