so wats better !? :( ele or non ele

well i was wondering which i would benefit more from ? im starting to realise a non ele is a deffence mage and a ele is an attack mage so its either i choose deffensive or agression but deffensive is crutial bc without deffence u die quick .. but i dunno strong attacks or weak attacks and good deffence
