GMs i have got some suggestions for you check them :-
1. The new System you introduced in Forums is not going to stop any spamming but its going opposite we can't post in a thread made by us so if we want to continue the Conversation related to a particular topic we have to make a new thread, Its just spamming so i think you should rollback the Forums like it was before..
2. The main thing that makes you confused during Hacks is you are not able to find the owner of a particular Account so for that i have a good suggestion for you..We should have a Unique Code for our Ids during the time we get hacked we just mail you the Unique code and this proofs that we are owner of the Account..
