VSNL-TATAINDICOM HIT RATE PROBLEM NOT FIXED

Its becoming an all too familiar mail coming from me.
But if its at LEAST keeping the technical ppl a LITTLE jittered I'm happy.
Well guys, its officially been TWO months since my first post(one of 22) went out telling you guys the HIT Rate problem playing from VSNL.
Im on a 512 Kbps broadband connection with NO LAG problems WHATSOEVER.
I hit ONCE every second compared to 3-4 times/second for sify and other dialups. Which means im dead before I even START doing PvP. (one hit for 3-4 hits i get in return). Its laughable.

I read the problem had been fixed but I guess that was just a PR stunt in reply to ALL my barrage of messages. Im a software engineer and If I tell MY client that Ive fixed a bug thats NOT been fixed, they'll FIRE me. Which is why I dont do sloppy code...if u guys want, I can free lance for A3 and bring in a level of quality its MOST die hard fans are DEPRIVED from getting. whatdyu say?

Or are you guys gonna go ahead and fix the problem? We all know which is the practical solution from the above two. So Please do it before 10000 VSNL users march on your office and do a DHARNA for frustrating service.

Man i KNOW a3 is FREE. We ALL Acknowledge and appreciate the FACT that its decided to come to india and demanding 5 star service is probably a mirage. But if you DONT Listen to the feedback, if you choose to hang even ur most die hard players by the stick, the game is doomed coz we ALL are echoing what thousadns of piqued players are going to yell when you go PAY!!!! (hell when u go OB)

That is exactly the same problem that i am facing on Airtel DSL coz of which i cant even lvl up properly. I have a lvl90+ warrior chac. but i think in PVP a lvl 70 warrior can beat me coz my melee rate is slow. I cant even hunt bosses properly.

I have a gaming cafe to run here lotta of my customers started A3 coz of me now they are either shifting to other games or they play A3 from sum other cafe. the worst thing is that there is no sify in my area or i wold have shifted to it.

There was some problem with Airtel ISP and we are workeing on it and iam sorry for what happen to you and your cafe. Plz send a mail to us [email protected] so that we can send you a batch file. And plz mail to us with your address so that we can do some thing to make sure you get a sify connection there in your place.

Hello Diablo,

I have already sent sevral mails to you guys. i recived the batch file a few days back and i had sent the batch reposrts on the same day and again 2 days ago as the guides told me to do so. Please look into this matter and fix this ASAP.
