Is there a difference in casting rate of elemental n non-elemental stalves.

asking this coz i found the casting rate to be higher when using my mio when compared to illeum. Can u confirm? (this difference may be obvious at higher grades. i.e g9 n g10, please check )

No, the staffs do not have different attack rates. This applies to all weapons upto G10.
