I Cant log in my Char

Char Name : KamaKazi LvL 140

i was playing in the morning and suddenly ..... Disconnected...
i can log in to A3 site and i cheacked my Acc it is not Expired ...
Guidemax not replaying and if he replays Say Cheack ur Acc
What is this happening GM .. in my Cafe 3 other persons Cant log in ...
now dont say all got Hacked.... in Short this is a prob in our Cafe .
No 1 can hack so plzzz do something... and Gm frankly i will not tolarate my KAMA to be closed for 5-6 days there was 6 months recharge

I sent a mail But GM By the Way we where playing..Our chars Dced
then Cant log in ....In our cafe 4 of players cant ..... and we can log in the A3 site SO WE R NOT HACKED ..... if this happens every month then we got only 1 job to tell Guides they NEVER REplay if they do they get DC after some time ...... they say send a mail ... and Keep MAiling and mailing and mailing nothing else then WHAT to PLAY for to lvl up or to mail Its ok now we r w8 ...... if its early then ok or else we not playing this Game onwards Sorry for this but this is 2nd time in 3 months that we keep mailing for 5 days and then wwe get our char
its OK GM Its enough for us now ..... hope we get replay fast or we leaving because 2nd time in 3 months for 4 Char is not a play GM we are
PAYING for this.... and then too we get this much mess to do ?????
