Id not loggin in to forums and game

i was able to login into the game and forums...but suddenly i cant....
ive already sent a reply to a3 support 2 weeks ago and they immediately sent that the problem would be solved as soon as possible....
still for the past 2 weeks i cant log in......cant u do things faster...
coz of this i couldnt play in the war,didnt kill 1 snowman also,and so many other things......

because a3support team is not replying, im posting here....they said on saturday that before 72 hrs they would reply.....its been 5 days......still no reply...so whats the point of sending them mail again and again

New passwords have been sent to you and even after that you say that you can’t able to login. So they have to check what the issue with your login is.
One more thing have you renewed your account?

no i havent yet recharged my account. i'll recharge once i get my account back.
Besides,if i got the account back i should be able to log into forums na.

Also,ive told u myself that i asked for a new password and i got confirmation that its been sent.But its not come to my mail id.
