When Will I get My Character back

Respected Gamemasters....

Its been over a month now tht my character has been banned..
My character name is "Philips"... n i think u had banned me n hellbound for xploiting for ingame bug....


R.O.C. No. 17 says tht... You will not exploit any bug in A3 India and you will not communicate the existence of any such exploitable bug (bugs that grant the user unnatural or unintended benefits in game), either directly or through public posting, to any other user of A3 India. You will promptly report any such bug via the in-game Guides or via e-mail to [email protected].


And according to this i have reported to the ingame guides abt the bug in my id.....

Kindly reply me when will i get my character back....

Check if you can login to website. Also check if you have balance in your account.

no.. i m not able to login into the website or ingame..
tried changing my password.. but says tht "dob" and answer dont match.... but questons are the same tht i had put up in my profile....

in case of profile change.. i havent recieved any confirmation mail also.. please help.....

Date of birth
Alternate email ID you mentioned in the profile.

Please send it to [email protected] as soon as possible from the same mail you used for communication with us earlier.

Update me here as soon as you send the mail. I will check and resolve your issue.
