How to increase lvl of weapons..i mean if i hv lvl 1 phen staff...thn how to make it lvl 2....and whn i upgrade will its property..meaning fire etc will change????

Just drag and drop an upgrade jewel onto ur weapon / armour man.

where did u get the prices for the G7 and above weapons, the npc dont sell them
