those links show stigma value to be higher than what we get in-game. why is it so. need answers

|0|z see the damage of SB , lower than stigma. and also see the mp consumed by SB - lvl1-60, lvl2-66, lvl3-72.as far as i know lvl3 SB need 600 mp for 1 SB. see the difference. whr is 72 and whr is 600 .
and wht GM's say is tht it is updated guide.
