Another A3 player from jamshedpur being cheated..

Out of the blue one day i find out that i m unable to login my account, so i log in from a different account & ask the in-game guides why can't i login, they give me their patented answer send mail to [email protected]
so i send them a mail(interactid 2120340) , i get a reply your matter has been forwarded to the concerned department (Mr. Shyam Sundar's reply).. 2 days no action being taken.. I send another mail... same reply (copy & paste? Mr Shyam Sundar? )

Then lo & behold i get a reply.. your account has been banned for violating ROC. Act of account hack.. ?????????????????????????????
WTF no chance to defend myself, no mention of which account i m being FALSELY accused of hacking, NO PROOF whatsoever.... what kind of silly way to address problems is that???

I login with my other account & ask the ingame guides to bring the GMs online so that i can speak with them... Guidelulu turns off his whisper & guidemax disconnects BRAVO... this is the kind of support that we get from the guides..(dnt ever hold polls about rating them, they both $uck)..
so now i resort to the only way it seems to approach the GMs directly (only way becoz i m still to get a reply from [email protected])..

GMs if you wish to accuse me of involvement in account hack firstly tell me which account, which char, what stuffs...secondly every coin has two sides, even the courts dnt punish without a trial, you must speak with me personally in-game so that i have a chance to prove my innocence... thirdly i need proof, whatsover that gave you the hint that i was involved in account hack... fourthly, similarly you must consider any & all proofs that i shall bring forth to prove my innocence (i take screenies & report generations of all my dealings & conferences with non-local chars)...

GMs i wish to make it pretty clear that i won't take this false accusal sitting down, not even the Supreme Court punishes someone without a trial & without PROOF, similary even you can't hold me guilty without listening to my side of the story (first tell me what the story/matter is), & also without providing me with proof...

I want a immediate reply on your behalf GMs.. atleast give me a time, date & place to talk with you, or i m ready to talk wid you via the forums too... but i DEMAND an immediate responce.. as i m being FALSELY ACCUSED..

i want a clear cut reply... & proof to validate the ban... waiting waiting waiting...
& btw plz ask a3 support employees to stop copying & pasting their replies & communicate like ppl & not comuters... when we write smthing to them, we expect that its read.. not ignored...

If you want to know the facts that lead to this you will get that response to your email. Simply because we dont want the victim to know who hacked him.

About Indian courts and trial. we dont follow the IPC here. We follow the A3 penal code spelled out clearly in the website. Check it out when you have time. Ideal to read it before you start the game.

about you saying that you don't follow the ipc & follow the a3penal code... as long as your campany is affiliated to any indian venture and oweing to the cause that you have your customers as indians, you do come under the IPC (i know law, & if you dnt believe me get it confirmed by your avocates).... this was offtopic though...

& about the A3penal code.. where the fkk does it exist... you have a simple list of ROC's which don't define the crime & especially have no mention of the punishment assigned ...(thts what the penal code requires to have, get your meaning checked)
you are yet to have a proper & in depth list defining the so called A3penal code anywhere in the site.....

moreover you are telling me that you shall intimate me about the details of my accusal in the mails & hence i should noty ask for it in the forums... sir as of 10:30p.m. yesterday night (5th Nov) i am yet to get a response from the id [email protected] except for the autointeracted one....
this is the reason we players wish for a direct conversation rather than conversing via mails... i had repeatedly in my post asked you to send me a date & time when we can converse directly in-game.. but you chose to ignore my request...

moreover in the banned/disabled ids section you haven't mention my char name... your reason because i was told via mails... yeah i was told via mails one week after the whole login problem... that too in a reply to my own mail....

it clearly goes to show that our matters are not being properly addressed to...
Sir i again request you to give me a date & time when i can talk with you in-game DIRECTLY... this is the only way to come to a solution... where i have an opportunity to prove my innocence....

Still waiting for a proper solution....

p.s. i request you to post the name of the char you suspect me of hacking....as i m innocent i fear no one...only the both parties + the GMs can really come to a conclusion... TOGETHER

so GMs are you ever going to tell me the reason why you have banned me without any reason... & yes falsely accusing me... i will consider it false till you give me PROOF....

so GMs stop stalling me... you havent even replied to my PMs...
so will you guys ever respond properly...

I will definately prove to you that i have not hacked anyone... & i m sure you will not compensate for my loss of gameplay time... atleast give me my char back... or give me a chance to prove myself innocent... & i can't prove myself innocent unless you tell me why am i being accused...

you say its related to hacking.. then for goodness christ's sake just tell me which char and/or what stuff... only then can i ever prove my innocence...
i sent the same request to ALL the GMs in-game via 5k msg too... asking them to atleast tell me the facts.. or better to speak with me in-game so that all confusions can be settled... but no.. you will not agree to it...

Dude first post here if ur account was shared.If so u are another case of victim for that and there is no point in flaming the GMS
