Hi all,
When you taking a screenshot to report us please do it as follows.
Hold ctrl+alt and press Printscreen.

Is any specific format of print screen necessary or .jpeg,.bmp,.tiff any one of them will do???

Reporting screen shot should be in .end format. To get it in .end format make sure screenshot is been taken in above-mentioned way.

The files which are generated by pressing ctrl+alt+printscreen cannot be used by us only these files will be available in the reporting folder , and these files can be mailed to Gms for their use.
