Whats the use of Stone of Hope...

Hey ... I have Stone of Hope..but dont know exactly whats the use
I asked Guidemax, he replied that " It is used to increase the sucsses rate of any combination"
Same question I asked to Lulu, the reply was " It is used to lvl up any item after lvl 10 i.e to make lvl 15"
Now the Guides are also confused.. so asking you all its use.....

Stone of hope also called as Prayer stone is made by the following combination
Large Master stone x 4, Large Juego X2.
This is used to make Treasure of destruction also known as the Stone of Ruin using the following combination
Ur x 1, Thorn x 1, Ken x 1, Large Master stone x 5, Prayer stone x1.
There is possiblity of failure.
The Treasure of Destruction is used to upgrade a weapon after level 10. The result can make the weapon any level between 1 and 15 (or) destroy the weapon also.

and u better have good number of lvl 10 weapons before u try this. if u succeed
if all of them fail
