Please explain the issue clearly and also mention the name of character for which you want retrieval of items.

No rollbacks on that decision.
That account had an impostor character which was explicitly used to impersonate a GM to a player. Its a permanent BAN.
Unfortunately we dont have any beneficiary after BAN scheme in A3 India. We will not give those items to another account.

Hi,
GM i told u many times i didnt ask any1 anything i just talked 2 Anima nothing else and that character was deleted the same day it was created ...
You just show ur importance in this game bcoz there is no1 holding higher poistion than u..GMs i need my stuff back if u can release Cross y cant me he was involved in hacking my mistake was that i created a character named Gm and even didnt ask anything.WAH

Impersonating GM's is the worst offence you can commit on the server.

GM i admit my mistake and i m sorry also for that but i really need that stuff back just give me a last chance plsss...I wont repeat this in future pls..Ppl create GM named character for the purpose of cheating...

Yup if he used that gm toon to chat with others impersonating actual gms then its a offence, and he may not be eligible for anything.
However if he just made a toon, and never used it for impersonating (which can be checked from chat logs) , then may be its not a offence, more so if he had made that toon before admin's announcement of categorising all GM***** named toon as illegal.
Just my 2 cents on it.
