today my char got stuck in the arena bug, it was fixed quite fast but it made me recall a promise from u which hasnt been fulfilled yet.

My char got stuck 2 times previously also which took abt a week to fix. And u promised a compensation for it which i haven't got yet.

the question here is : Wil i get any compensation ?? Plz reply GM.

the first 2 times i got stuck took 3-4 days for each retrieval. 3rd time was fast enough around 10 hours.
