Cannot enter with edgerocks

Sir i had sent u people an aplication on the morning of ninth but havent recieved ne response from u people about my problem. Plz lemme know fast. If i cant get the char back at least return me the g9 stuffs that i had made for edgerocks. and plz do seriously go through my mail.
