Some hacker hacked some once ID and he wanted to change items To other id so he goes to mamora side and and put all items and take it from his id in that while after he puts the items he will rc to get his own char by the time 1 noob hunt mamoras hunting their noob saw items so the noob took items and kept in his stroage by the while the hacker come online with his char for taking items and he sees items r missing soo answer to this GM for this u ban noob r that hacker noob donot know what it is and he took items should u have to ban the noob player id for it (or) that hacker id in other comments u may not known his real char becaz he did not take stuffs but what did noob palyers did he saw stuffs so he took if this happend y should me pay and play .

2nd Question

1 hacker hacked 130 lvl char and he wants to shift his items and SS (or) shue to his id so he need 1 players help so he calls some players in game and gives the items of hacked person after he gave the hacker will rc and bring his char r his noob id and that some players gives the hacker the items which he gave to him. soo will u ban the some players id (or) hackers id? some player donno that he hacked that char so he helped him to change the items to other id will u ban some player id (or) hackers id?

see if i got my id hacked and have send mail on 6-8-2006 (Example)
then the hacker who stole my id took items in 7-8-2006 i got a mail from u as char details like ur id ur stats ur items so i will send replay next day 8-8-2006 u guys say we will replay u at the earlist so i will wait for 5 days means 13-8-2005 then i see mail No replay then i send u mail still there is no replay then also u guys say we will mail u earlyest this does on for 1month at 20-9-2006 u guys give me the password back then i will login and see no items inside then i ask guidelulu (or) max they will say send maill to [email protected] so i send mail again on 20-9-2006 next day means 21-9-2006 u say we will replay u at earlist i wait for 5 days and see my mail still no replay for that i send mail again that means 25-9-2006 i send that still no replay. and next day means 26-9-2006 u guys say we r not responsible for hacked items (Then y the helll Guidelulu (or) max say send maill to [email protected]) so the player plays again all players say y r u in nooob set like g4 r g6 (This is what makes a players to be an Hacker) so is their and use of A3support@a3india (or) there is use of what we r paying ?? answer GM

many people sell their id for 20000Rs for ragnorok players r some other who donno any thing about a3 ( u guys say that we will ban u if u sell char for real money ) does the person know who buys char did he should not buy the char for 20000Rs he donno any thing about a3india

u guys know how many bugs their in a3india and a3 forums see this id Destroyerz2 i gave id and i spammed some name and i was shocked it is login how many people got buged in money and hacked what is this nonsence

we get hacked stole items i lost over 1years and failed in over exams all over life spole in a3india and we get hacked items and char and just u guys say we can help u in items hack is their any meaning we spole over lifes u guys just say sorry is that all?

Questions 1 and 2 are similar.

From the situations you explained, to the plain eyes on simple basis it is very viable to predict the character to take the items first is the hacker. The rest are either accomplices or innocent bystanders. If they happen to be accomplices of the hacker, there is no harm done him being punished too. Please understand a lot of investigation goes on at this stage in many angles including Game behaviour to understand the scenario. Exact methods of investigation will not be discussed here, as it would just turn out to be a bible for hackers to know where the checkpoints are. But otherwise i can assure you we take good thought before concluding a guy to be a hacker.
If still some innocent guy like the one you mentioned in situation 1 gets penalised for doing nothing. Correction he has not done "nothing" he is done everything wrong by picking up items that do not belong to him. Most of rules of Right & Wrong and Honesty in life apply to MMOG's as well.

Case 3 - Not applicable since the date you start with is an assumtption. We have more than 90 % cases solved within 48 hrs. There are a lot of accounts who have managed to get back accounts quickly. But items cannot be retrieved not all of them. It wil vary based on the circumstances. This is no excuse for becoming an hacker. Besides the methods used to hack itself are so demeanful of the word "Hacking". Any ethical hacker will tell you that.

Case 4 - The terms and conditions and rules of conduct are not put up to decorate the website. This applies to any software, any product, any service.

Case 5 - Bugs in A3 india do not cause flaw in account security. Bug in forum that lets you log in to an id after spamming some name. Its an impossible situation unless you got really lucky and managed to spam some username and some password and got them both correct. I suspect the user might have left "remember Password" option on while logging in last.

Case 6 - There is a lot of activity in A3 India which at the end of a day is a game. Within that there are some account hacks and other bad things that happen to some players. This constitutes less than 10% of the activity. We are looking at picture with black spots here and there. They will be rectified soon. Dont try to paint it black, It just doesnt work.

About what we are earning - Dont understand the motive of mentioning it.
Is it that you are letting me know you can get information about us. Well if so check again cos your information is wrong . Getting to the point its irrelevant for every proffesional gamer out there.

Btw Ritual, No ids are unsafe. The Sifymall Bug has also been fixed. If you know of any vulnerability, do let us know and we will take it up with our tech team.

1st and 2nd case u told

he is done everything wrong by picking up items that do not belong to him. see that u wrotten how do he knows what is it he is new players ask my cafe admin he knows he just started the game i said him to picku what ever the monsters drop he tauth them as drop and took it i was shocked at that moment
