Query - I was disqualified though i was online

Hi,
The event was announed to be from 11.00 AM and 1.00 PM. Since many players didnt turn up at that time, they were disqualified. We checked with your logs and can see that you were online from 12 onwards. It so happened that your oppoenent was online early. We didnt want to keep them waiting long. So we had to move on with the tournament.

Please understand that this event was conducted to familiarise you with the concept of time slots. If you fail your time slot then you the prospect of proceeding forward in the tournament does not lie in your hands anymore.

We will have our KH league starting soon. We expect you all to participate. We will follow the same time slots system but more stricter and organised. The slots will be annonuced atleast 24 hrs before the event.

You will still be listed in the KH ranking in the page. We are very thankful towards you and the other 30 teams who participated in this event. We promise to do better in our upcoming events.

thank you for your reply....plz make a system wherein you give specified and fixed times to the KHs and they can turn up at that time instead of the stupid way of making them wait eternally...i went mad becasue i tried contacting Gmdiablo and all he was saying was " Plz w8"...why the hell cant he reply to the kh leaders atleast...i pmed him for over 2 hours...( not continously )...and next time...please inform all the kh members instead of just the kh leader..because in case am not there..they can call me up...plz understand that am a human , not a bot....to sit for so much time in front of the computer....i have to have lunch, take bath....so hopin for a better tourney next time...i hope u allow us for nevia wars as compensation...and my team member insomnia told me that its our turn as soon as i came into d game...i came in and saumya ( opponent kh ) said they won....i went mad....beacuse you guys didnt give me 1min....thats seriously not fair....atleast you could have given us another slot like you did for smith...i have posted in that thread too...u could have considered that....

I asked you to wait because if I talk to you I can’t talk to other KH and there members,
See even we are humans not a BOT you players know well that one can talk with few players at a time.
We gave a good time span for all the KH and we waited for a long time which we don’t do normally then too you players feel like that.
I am sorry if I hurt you in that ways making you wait, but I am sorry I have to take care of so many players on that day and those who stick on to time and the ROC will get 1st preference always.
