Well, I think you people know that the character Ooops got hacked a few days ago and that the GM's are not going to do anything about it. I dunno Ooops are all but I guess it's my duty as a fellow A3 Player to try and get his character back to him and well I think I did my work.

GM'z, Here are a few screenshots I took while I was playing with Indiangolden and in a conversation with the person who hacked Ooops. Hope after seeing this, you people will give back the real Ooops his character coz if you dont, people might lose the little trust that they have in you (that includes me)

The Story: The Ooops hacker thinks I am a friend of the real Ooops (i dunno the ooops at all) so he comes to me when i send out a shout saying that I want to sell Neri G. When I tell him that i dont want to sell the Neri to him, he starts off by saying that he was lvling the char and that he was gonna return the char (which is pure bullshit). He asked me if i knew how to hack and that if i told him how, he would give Ooops his character back.

So I did play along and captured a few screenshots of the conversation. GM's please do something about this.

NOT RELATED: i didnt want to say this but now am being forced to. Ritual dude, u asked me what happened to the Saint thing i spoke about and this is where it comes into play. A3 India needs a Saint and I am going to be the one whether anyone likes it or not. If you or anyone else has a problem with that, you can go fist yourself coz i aint gonna give a shit.

And people who hate me, please dont post crap here. This is a sincere effort to help out a fellow player and the last thing i want is a fight generating.

GMs, I believe Arthas has a point here. I dont think even sherlock Holmes will need more proof. Somebody has to stand against these stupids. And please make an example of these idiots.

This guy can be easily prosecuted under IPC and IT act 2000. Trace the IP and lodge an FIR against this person. Following are the sections he can be prosecuted under:---
SECTION 43 and SECTION 63 of IT ACT 2000 states clearly that:--

43. Penalty for damage to computer, computer system, etc.
If any person without permission of the owner or any other person who is incharge of a computer, computer system or computer network, —

(a) accesses or secures access to such computer, computer system or computer network;

(b) downloads, copies or extracts any data, computer data base or information from such computer, computer system or computer network including information or data held or stored in any removable storage medium;

(c) introduces or causes to be introduced any computer contaminant or
computer virus into any computer, computer system or computer network;

(d) damages or causes to be damaged any computer, computer system or
computer network, data, computer data base or any other programmes residing in such computer, computer system or computer network;

(e) disrupts or causes disruption of any computer, computer system or
computer network;

(f) denies or causes the denial of access to any person authorised to access any computer, computer system or computer network by any means;

(g) provides any assistance to any person to facilitate access to a computer,computer system or computer network in contravention of the provisions of this Act, rules or regulations made thereunder;

(h) charges the services availed of by a person to the account of another person by tampering with or manipulating any computer, computer system, or computer network,

He shall be liable to pay damages by way of compensation not exceeding one crore rupees to the person so affected.

66. Hacking with computer system.
(1) Whoever with the intent to cause or knowing that he is likely to cause wrongful loss or damage to the public or any person destroys or deletes or alters any information residing in a computer resource or diminishes its value or utility or affects it injuriously by any means, commits hack:

(2) Whoever commits hacking shall be punished with imprisonment up to three years, or with fine which may extend upto two lakh rupees, or with both.


THIS GUY CAN BE PENALISED UNDER SUBSECTION F, G AND H OF SECTION 43. AND UNDER SECTION 66.

If you guys want, I will put all the damn IPC's and Sections under which this IDIOT can be Penalised. This guy will get minimum of 1years and 2 Lakhs in fine.

dude..i am not that stupid...Yomaan and all have told me that Ooops was hacked...and how does Yomaan know..coz Ooops is his cafe mate....and am freaking sure about it...

the prime suspect of that unnamed person in the game is Sentispider and if you are that person..then ur the prime suspect..!!

Well done Arthas, We know the character is hacked. We would like to return the character to the original player. But who is that original player. unfortunately it takes more than a saints word to prove that. Still its as simple as providing char information to us. As long he provides good and credible information to the support team there is not doubt about getting his items back.

Well, The saint part which u mentioned there says that u r not going to flame ne1, not going to come on forums again for X, Y and Z reason.... And what r u doing here now??? Aren't u supposed to be concentrating on ur job or something... Why do u have to tell every1, every week that u r going to quit the forums forever and again make a comeback and tell every1.. Yeah Ooops did get hacked. How do i know? Coz Im his cafemate. Even after sending mails to the concerned id to atleast freeze his account for the time-being, I don't even get a proper response. Its been almost a week now and still no info about his account. IM forced to be nice to the hacker coz I don't want him NPCing the stuff that Ooops has especially the shue. Good work there Arthas, really nice. Hope to see more people concerned as much as you rather that the other guys who just level up and feel happy that another char has been hacked. Im referring to a few Quanatians. Wouldn't want to mention them here and create a ruckus. Anyways good work Arthas. One free Aigiss for you

heyyy old pal..how u doin..? i dunno who the real ooops personally but i will ask him to send you the details at the earliest. you could take Yomaan and Ruthlessrat's word as proof of real Ooops as they both are G9'ers.
