what happened to my account which was hacked and why am i not getting a single reply from u'r a3team who asked me to create a new id and char in it and to inform thm abt the id and password ......... and alas .........after that not a single reply frm u guys .......it has been a week since i got a reply frm u guys ......i hav been sending mails everyday
plz understand my problem..........wht r u guys so hesitant to giv my char back........as u guys do not reply to me .......the only other option for me is to ask guides ............but.........the only reply frm thm is we hav no info about it ............as u r the Game Masters.......can u take sm serious action about it..........or should we suffer even after paying so much .........................plz reply to me at the earliest .......begging uand thew worst part is sm one else is still playin in my char.............................. plz do sm thing

Aparently the so called "arrogant GM's" have retrieved your character
after being hacked. They have also retrived items, agreed to give you another character. Real bad they are....

If you have sent the details regarding the other character it would be updated with the required stats. But assignment of lore and NPc favours is time consuming and may be causing the delay. I will check it up and let you know.

i am really sorry for callin you arrogant , please pardon on that but wht you hav told me is lies , my stuffs are not retrieved , my shue is not retrieved and i hav no lore , and more ever guides say that it is my fault that i am hacked , i agree that my carelessness is there but it is not my total fault that i got hacked through keylogger, and they also have de-lvled me from lvl 127 to lvl 125

And sir these are the penalty given to me which is almost equal to a penalty given to a person who would go to hatrel illegally like sm players had been given penalty sm months ago before hatrel released

please understand that without my shue i am almost Equal to a lvl 90 Char. an please help me get back what ever i can

because the penalty u hav given me is tooo much

See Guides are only there to guide to ingame and they are totally isolated from GM's and mail support team.so its useless to tell guides are not replying on ur char.Gms are the only ones who can actually get in the matter and return anyting to u.It happens some times i know a char name linainverse who had the same problem.when he was agreed to get back all stuffs he was to create a new char and give the name.But the transfer was done to the account ,the difference here was they transfered to the account with capital letters (which means the ID is case sensitive).so give them the exact ID.dont worry atleast they have agreed to give ur stuffs back..

the Gm's have put a penalty on me that is , no stuffs no shue , no lore that means Literally nothing Except Char. so Plz understand hw difficult it is to play without stuffs and without shue which is almost equal to a lvl 90 player even though u r lvl 126

this is a unfair penalty according to any court or any thing ...... plz understand that without nothing it is like starting all over again..... please understand that i hav lost everything what i hav made including my shue lvl 91
