unable to login in forums with my new account

I have created a new account that resembles my main character in a3.. but i cant login in to forums nor can i login to a3india.com but i can login to the game.
this is really wierd what do i do if i want to post my subject in forums with my new account and where is the freepin???
please answer this fast GM.

Please verify if you have activated the account using the registration form.

GM,
Plz see the last reg user on ur forums is on 23rd june. No one is able to reg on this forum since then.
Hence its ur forum prob and not the prob from users' side. Kindly check it.
..
but we cant activate the account....

it is true that the account must be activated before we can login to forums but the same account can be used to login to the game but it cant be used to login to the forums... now that just doesnt fit... and if zindianchick is right, then u really gota do something about this!!!
