am i being made a scapegoat or a beggar here

i would want to ask the GMs wether im being made a beggar or a scapegoat here.my id was hacked on july 20th and i had sent mail regarding that and recieved a reply from a3support team regarding this on 8th of august
"Dear Mr.Chenthil Selvan,
Thank you for contacting A3 Customer Care.
With reference to your mail we wish to inform you that, your items will be
retrieved on 09.08.2006. Also your account will be frozen from 1 pm to 2 pm on
09.08.2006 for retrieving your items.
For further assistance feel free to mail us."
but due to an accident i was hospitalized and couldnt see the mail earlier.i saw it on 18th and sent a mail immediately for which i got the following reply
"
Dear Mr.Chenthil Selvan,
Than you for contacting A3 Customer care.
With reference to your mail we wish to inform you that your item will be
retrieved on 19 August 2006. Your account will be frozen for 24 hours for doing
the same .
For more assistance feel free to mail us."
but my id was neither frozen or no stuffs was returned on that day.and after 1 whole week of constantly sending mails and pming the guides.getting on their nerves etc,i recieved 3 saule stuffs on 28th.so again i had to send a mail asking for my super shue and i got the following reply
"
Dear Mr.Chenthil Selvan,
Thank you for contacting A3 Customer care.
This is with reference to your mail we wish to inform you that since some of
your items has been destroyed , we can only get back the same grade and level
items but not with the same options. We request you to add the options by
yourself and do the changes to the items. The item will be replaced to your
account in next 24 hours.
For further assistance feel free to mail us."
the mailing thing continues for another 4days and on 2nd wat i find in my noob char viola!!!! another set of the same 3 g8s with the same options which i had got earlier from the gms(this thing means u ppl can really do something abt the options which according to ur previous mail cannot be done by u).so i had to start back at square number one and back to mailing process for another 4 days asking for my super shue.which was finally answered on 5th as follows
"Dear Mr.Chenthil Selvan,
Thank you for contacting A3 Customer care.
This is with reference to your mail we wish to inform you the we need few
details to retrieve back your shue.
1. Level of the Super Shue
2. Date last used the Shue
3. Properties of the Super Shue
Additional details about your super shue."
this mail i replied in the next 10 minutes of recieving and dint get any reply untill 9th as follows

Thank you for contacting A3 Customer Care.
With reference to your mail we wish to inform you that, we are unable to
retrieve the shue which you had mentioned for.
The player who had hacked the item has been banned permanently. But it is not
possible to retrieve your shue.

so dear respected gms and players wat do u think im being treated like over here.another main thing being everyday i pm the guide at 9.30 am in the morning and i will be asked to pm back at 12 and then again at 2 after that the guide will say either ill get the shue tht day after 6pm or that he would tell me when my shue will be back.ive been doing this same routine for the past 1 month now and i get that last reply.and im beginning to wonder
"WAT DO U PPL THINK I AM"
and take into notice in this past 1 month i have never abused a gm or guide at all and i have maintained my patience with all this treatment.
also i wonder if u people hardly read the mails fully coz i had mentioned that the hacker had sold my shue to drego and is being used by a mage called Evilene(im wondering wats the big problem u ppl are facing in retrieving the shue from him) and also wats the big fvcking thing(really sorry for saying this)i will gain if the mother fvcking hacker is banned permanently or not.i have wasted all my precious cash just for begging the guides to ask the gm to retrieve my shue faster.even a beggar would have been treated better than this i guess.

Dont over exagerrate things such as 48 days. We could see that you have shared your account happily. By the book we could ve just given you a reply in 48 hrs stating this account is shared by more than one player and hence we hold no responsibility over its safety. We chose to do otherwise and crack our heads on whos your buddy and whos the hacker and it took a small bit of delay certainly much lesser than 48 days as you claim.
so how long has it been since i was hacked hmm if im right july 20 to september 10 is (50 days golden jubilee i guess).i know people will get angry at me for posting like this but as a customer i think its my right to present my feelings to u ppl this way
