This is with respect to my char Ruthlessrat which you have just said was banned for hacking. Hacking what? I hav'nt hacked anything or anyone. I want the id that i hacked, the stuff that i hacked and all the details that you can provide me with. I'm fed up of telling you people the same old stuff over and over again in the mails which i send coz I feel that your mail system is just to slow. 1 month for a reply..come on, im sure you can do better than me. I want to know all the details of what i've hacked and whom I've hacked. I deserve an answer. Either one of the GM's comes online and chats with me in real-time or I need drastic answers. I cannot waste anymore time on this.

Your issue has been resolved. Your account and your item account have been released. Sorry but i hope you understand this is a consequence of not providing complete details at the time of reporting. Any claims made afterwards will be scrutinised more rather than just be accepted as facts.
