hey guys insomnia here i play a 120+ lvl mage
sadly it has been hacked and deleated
gm's i have sent you all the information that was asked for + the recharge pin and every time i get a automated reply
guys if your gonna take a few months 2 give my char back it makes no sense
id rather quit
sad this happens after p2p also
atlest tell me
what progress u guys have made so far

GM......plz.......plz.............return insomnia asap........the longer time you guys take....more ppl stop playing....dont u get that logic guys???? plz resolve queries asap.....and 'soon' in general dictionaries refers to minutes or hours or days....not months......guys...there is no point in playing a char if u return it after months.........for our sake, for sify business' sake and for heavens' sake...return inso quickly........

there are too many loop holes in this game which needs to be fixed.
Additionally you guys need to be a little more patient, they can only do soo much at one time.

sad to hear that inso.. this is ur (old) frnd heranama
its heart-breaking that things like these still can happen..likewise i read smwhere that gms r probably too busy collecting money for that p2p...
is that true gms?? (sorry if i m getting a little rude).... we all thought that u were there to help us as mch as u can..but what as i heard ws that no true person ever replies..it is always the automated reply..so its special request frm all of us that u read the things the instant they r recieved...
cuz likewisely we dont get to play our char n get really frustrated..n now as a3 hs gone paid...it ll also be a waste of money..as quitting isnt that easy as it is now in terms of real money...
plz gms do take care of ur customers (thats what we r)...we await ur fast reply n foresee to get things all right.....

GMs....u have made a statement saying that you will return insomnia within the next 48 hours if details have been provided.....i sincerely hope that you stand by what you said......please check it up and if some deatils are missing, get back to him within that time frame saying whats missing so that he can atleast provide the details for the same......guys we seriously want him back....lots of people are dependent on him..... please dont make a redundant statement......i seriously dont want an esteemed organization like sify looking like a government body.....please get that into your head.......
and guys...those of you know who insomnia here....please post.......
