EXHAUSTION (What it is???)

hi guys,
i would like to share sm info on exhaustion, i dont know anyone has posted it bfor or not so i m posting it.
now evryone playing the game must have seen that when u r in the hunting ground u will see that evry ten minutes of hunting and a smthing in written comes eg.,( a bit exhuasted (10)) now what does that mean, since 2 of my frnds asked me so i m explaining this here .
now the exhaustion depends on the time u r hunting at a stretch without visiting a healer and on the amount u run on the hunting ground, evry ten minutes u get exhausted by 10% this will continue till u get 100% exhausted and u willl die at 100% . now on evry 10% exhaustion ur defense falls and at 90% exhaustion ur defense will fall completely and ur body will turn red. well exhaustion can be recovered by visiting a healer u do not get charged for recovering frm exhaustion.
pls correct me if i m wrong and dont flame on me if i hav written smthing incorrect.
one question frm my side is isaw a screenshot in korean server showing a uj like gem but yellow in colour instead of red my translator wasnt able to translate it coz it was in a picture so can anyone just clarify it out that what is that so called gem which looks like a uj but yellow in colour.
