this will prove helpfull to a lot of players who have issues ingame(like me).id suggest this will also reduce the number of abusive shouts ingame if u ppl can login at partucular times of the day.this will also reduce the workload of the guides by 9/10ths i hope

I am sorry, It is very impractical to work with such issues without facts. Facts are better preserver and communicated through writing. Hence mails are the prime mode for communication over Issues such as account hacks, item hacks, lag, etc.,

but the problem here is the mail system takes loooooooooooong loooooooooooooooooong time for the problem to be resolved.example my id was hacked last month and i got mail from a3support that my items will be retrieved on 9th but untill this date nothing has been done.and infact i send a mail everyday asking for retrieval of my items and all i get is the same reply that my items will be back in 24hrs.and bigger problem ive wasted more than 2000rs in the last 10 days in sify recharge and a3 recharge etc just for pming the guides and mailing a3support.the guides say the item will be back by the days end.when i ask at 9am they ask me to pm at 11am then again when i do tht im asked to pm at 3pm then again 5 or 6 pm and finally they say they do not know if the gm comes online or not. for problems like this and to prevent monetary loss of customers thr should be a specific time alloted by the gms for coming online and chatting with the players.wat is the use of saying a3 premium accounts get the previlege of having issues solved quickly.im not telling there shouldnt be mail system but the gms also should come online daily
