Yes, we have very strng evidence that cross was involved in hacking Goodfriend and also providing false information to the GM with the intention of hiding facts. Hence the character has been escalated to a 1 year BAN. There may be reduction in the penalty if you choose to reveal facts as they are. This is a not simple case as we suspect this chain is responsible for hacking many other high level characters with the intent of monetary benefits.
